Can I change trains after buying?
With the Flex fare, as often as you like up to 30 minutes before departure, with no fee. With the Essentiel fare, once, for €10 plus the fare difference. Everything happens under “Manage a trip”.
How do I get my ticket?
It stays available under “My tickets” in this browser. The conductor reads the code on your phone screen, on the saved image or on paper.
Do children pay?
Up to age 3 they travel on an adult’s lap without a paid ticket. From 4 to 11 the child fare is reduced by 50% on every train, and the Horizon Family card applies to the whole group.
What happens if the train is late?
From 30 minutes late on arrival, 25% of the ticket is refunded automatically. From one hour, 50%.
Can I bring my bike?
Yes, in coach 6, on one of the hooks you can reserve at the options step. The number of remaining hooks is shown for each train.
