The app for the clients of Léa Marchand, personal coach

Your coach, at the pace of your week.

The week’s plan, the guided session with its timer, video-call slots with your coach and your progress, in one app that fits in a pocket.

A web prototype built by Tramevia: the app really works inside the screens opposite. The devices are drawn in CSS from the dimensions of the iPhone 18 Pro Max and the iPhone Duo.

Everything the coach says in a session, the app keeps between two sessions.

The week, day by day.

Seven cards that slide under the thumb: strength, mobility, running, rest. Each session shows its length, its exercises and the coach’s note for the week.

Tap a day in the phone.

The guided session, set after set.

Reps, a load to adjust, then the rest shown large: the ring empties and the app moves on to the next set by itself. At the end, the summary and the records.

Skip the rest, validate a set.

A slot with the coach, in three taps.

The calendar shows available days, slots already taken are greyed out. Confirmation on the spot, cancellation possible until the day before.

Pick a day, then a time.

Progress you can see.

Weight curve, volume lifted each week, attendance over four weeks and records per exercise. Today’s weigh-in takes two taps.

Add a weigh-in.

The coach answers in the app.

A message thread with Léa, quick replies to flag a problem or ask about an exercise. Here, her answers are scripted.

Send a message.

iPhone Duo, the foldable

Unfolded, Cadence opens in two panes.

On the 7.6-inch inner display, the list stays on the left and the detail shows on the right: the plan and the session, the calendar and its slots, the conversations and the message thread.

List and detail, side by side.

What needed two screens on a phone fits on one: pick a day, the session appears next to it without leaving the calendar.

The same app, the same state.

An appointment booked on the Duo shows up at once in the iPhone 18 Pro Max on this page: one database, shared between every screen.

The fold, kept discreet.

The layout never puts a button on the central fold: each pane has its own column, its own scrolling and its own title.

Devices drawn in CSS from the dimensions published in September 2026: iPhone 18 Pro Max (163.4 × 78 × 8.75 mm, aluminium unibody, smaller Dynamic Island, Burgundy finish) and iPhone Duo (open 164.6 × 117.8 × 5.2 mm, polished titanium, 7.6″ inner and 5.4″ outer display, side Touch ID, Night Sky colour). Model names are quoted for description only; no logo is reproduced.

Seven screens, rendered by the app itself.

No images: every phone below is a real instance of the app, frozen on one screen. Hover them, they tilt.

What it does not do, honestly.

  • It is not an app published on an app store: it is a web prototype, true to real use, that comes before any native development.
  • The coach’s replies are scripted; no message is sent.
  • Cadence, Léa Marchand and Camille are fictional characters created by Tramevia.
