Mobile app Cadence, for the clients of a personal coach (prototype, fictional data)

The app that keeps your clients between two sessions.

The week’s plan, the guided session with its timer, booking a video-call slot, progress and the coach’s messages. A web prototype that really works, inside an iPhone 18 Pro Max and an iPhone Duo drawn in CSS.

A plan sent by message is lost within a week. In an app, it gets followed.

  • 1:00rest

    The rest between two sets

    Barbell squat · 3 sets of 8 · 85 kg

    1. Set 18 × 85 kg
    2. Set 28 × 85 kg
    3. Set 38 × 85 kg

    The rest, shown large.

In the app, the ring empties during the rest and the next set follows by itself. The timer opposite is the prototype’s own: sixty seconds, fifteen more if needed, or skip.

Start the rest, add 15 s, skip.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max slightly tilted on the rest screen: ring at 0:42, +15 s and Skip buttons, next to the heading “The guided session, set after set”

Five features, one phone that changes screen.

As you scroll, the iPhone 18 Pro Max turns and moves from the week to the guided session, then to booking, progress and messages. Each step invites you to touch the screen: the app answers, it is not an image.

02

On iPhone Duo, two panes.

Unfolded, the 7.6-inch display shows the list on the left and the detail on the right: the calendar and its slots, the threads and the conversation. An appointment booked on the Duo shows up at once in the iPhone 18 Pro Max on the page: one state, shared between every device.

Devices drawn in CSS.

No photo and no rendering: the iPhone 18 Pro Max (aluminium, Burgundy finish) and the iPhone Duo (polished titanium, Night Sky colour) are drawn from the dimensions Apple published in September 2026, and the app really runs inside them.
