What the check covers.

What it does not cover.
This check reads the page’s code without displaying it. It does not measure the speed felt on a phone, judge the design or the copy, or replace a review by a person.
For the speed people feel, a link to PageSpeed Insights, Google’s free tool, appears with the result.

If the check flags issues, you can fix them yourself with the explanations shown, or hand them to me. Website fixes start at €149, VAT not applicable: I review the page, fix it and explain what changed.

Is the check really free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no email to leave. It is limited to a few checks an hour to prevent abuse.

It is only used to read the page, once. Neither the address nor the result is stored.

Each tool measures different things, from different places. This check covers simple basics; PageSpeed Insights measures the speed felt on a phone.
