The timeline sees the conflicts before you do.
Every step is placed at the earliest time its dependencies allow. An instrument already taken by another programme, a speed above what the centrifuge accepts, a reagent short in stock: everything is listed, with the action that resolves it.

At the bench, the protocol becomes a checklist.
A timer per step, the actual duration against the planned one, and a deviation recorded in two lines when a value differs. The programme in progress opens straight on this view, on a phone as on a computer.

Every version counts, every difference reads.
A version is saved with a note, as in a lab notebook. The comparison says what changed, step by step: a duration, a speed, a dependency. An older version is restored in one click, and the export prepares the document for the file.
