Bookings without back-and-forth messages.

01 · For

Fewer messages, more bookings.

Every booking taken by phone or message costs you time, and every late answer can send a customer elsewhere.

A clear booking flow lets customers choose for themselves, see the exact price and get their confirmation while you work.

1

You book appointments by hand

Paper diary, messages and reminders: everything goes through you.

2

You manage seats or rooms

A clear map avoids double bookings.

3

Your current tool is confusing

Too many steps, hard to read on a phone, or branded as someone else.

02 · What is included

Six things a good booking flow does well.

  1. 01

A calendar or a seat map

Availability reads at a glance, with no ambiguous box.

  2. 02

    A summary before confirming

Date, time, number of people and exact price, checked before confirming.

  3. 03

    Email confirmation

Customers keep a record and you are notified.

  4. 04

    Easy on a phone

Each step is designed for a thumb, then checked on a computer.

  5. 05

    Your look and your rules

Your colours, wording and business rules, no generic widget.

  6. 06

    Launch and handover

You know how to block a slot, change a price or cancel a booking.

Coach plan on a phone: free and taken seats, seat 1A chosen

Customers pick their seat on a clear map. On a phone, the plan scrolls sideways. Demo website, fictional times and prices.

03 · Examples to visit

A booking flow to try, a case study.

Transversale is a fictional rail company: search, seat choice and summary work, no ticket is issued. The demo interface is in French.

04 · How it works

One contact, four steps.

  • You describe what you offer: durations, capacity, prices and cancellation rules. Fast reply.
  • I send a precise quote: flow steps, emails, price and schedule.
  • You test the flow on an online preview, on your phone, before launch.
  • I put booking live on your website or on a dedicated page, then show you how to manage it.

Scope, price and timing are set in a quote before any work starts.

05 · Questions

Before you open bookings.

Q

How much does online booking cost?

From €790. The price depends on the type of booking, the rules to apply and any payment. With an online shop, booking is priced in the same quote.

Q

Can customers pay when booking?

Yes, if you wish: a deposit or full payment through a payment provider in your name. Otherwise, they pay on site.

Q

Do I need a new website?

No. Booking can be added to your current website or live on a dedicated page linked to it.

Q

What if I need to block a day?

You close a slot or a period yourself in a few taps. The handover shows how.

Q

For which kind of business?

Appointments, classes, workshops, tours, rooms, tables, numbered seats: anything booked on a date within a limited capacity.
